1+: New Health Net Case Submission Rules

Starting with new business effective July 1, 2015, new case submission rules will be implemented. Health Net is looking to you, as their business partners, to ensure that the onboarding process for new groups is as seamless as possible.

Groups 1-50

These items must be included by the underwriting submission cut-off date or will be moved to the next effective month.


Groups 51-100


These items must be included and sent to your b&p Sales Team by the ​submission cut-off date (19th of the month prior to the effective date month) or be moved to the next effective month. Any additional missing/incomplete items requested must be submitted by the first of the effective month. The group will be moved to the next effective date if all requested items are not received by the first of the desired effective month.
