Sales and service model for groups with 2-100 eligible employees

Aetna has come to realize that businesses with 2 to 100 employees have similar challenges. Fluctuations in the economy and changes to national health care are making an impact in the way these employers choose health insurance plans.

In response to these realities, California will transition to a 2-100 sales and service model in a phased approach beginning in 2013. By the end of the year, you'll have a small group team that will be responsible for employer groups with 2-100 eligible employees. Your middle market team will work on employer groups with more than 100 eligible employees. 

Aetna will contact you before your agency moves to this new model and provide you with additional helpful information. Until then, it's business as usual.
