The Aetna Small Group Medical portfolio will introduce new plans, including changes to existing plans, beginning with April 1, 2012 effective dates.


New Medical Plans

  • HMO Coinsurance 60%
  • HMO Deductible $1500 70%
  • MC Value $2250 60/50
  • MC Value $3750 50/50
  • MC $4500 60/50 $40
  • MC $7500 75/50
  • PPO$750 80/60
Existing Plan Changes
  • All existing plans, with the exception of Vitalidad plans, will receive benefit changes beginning with April effective dates
  • Vision benefit is now included in ALL plans; one exam every 24 months
  • Wellness/health incentive: Employees and their spouses/domestic partners can earn up to $100 for completing a wellness program
Eliminated Medical Plans
  • MC HRA HDHP $5000 80/50
  • PPO $500 90/70
