Here’s a new opportunity for you to earn bonuses
when you sell to 2?50* groups who are losing access to Monarch HealthCare that are headquartered in Orange County. Aetna's Summer Splash bonus promo rewards you for selling Aetna, in a cool kind of way!
This is a great way to increase your earnings. The bonuses will be in effect for new business with effective dates between May 1 and July 15, 2012. Bonuses will be paid per enrolling employee submitted for eligible groups sold … with extra “kickers” paid when multiple cases (3+) are sold. Remember Monarch HealthCare is available as a provider for all Aetna products in Orange County including HMO, AVN HMO, Deductible and Coinsurance HMO.
Here are the payouts
Payment per enrolled employee for 2?50* groups:
- 2?10 enrollees – payment of $25 for each enrolled employee
- 11?25 enrollees – payment of $30 for each enrolled employee
- 26?50 enrollees – payment of $35 for each enrolled employee
Submitted case count kicker:
- Submit 3 or more cases with 5?50 enrolled, get additional $5 per enrolled employee
- Submit 6 or more cases with 5?50 enrolled, get additional $10 per enrolled employee
Your bonus payments will be paid via American Express gift card directly to the writing agent
American Express gift card will be paid to writing agent and taxed to a personal Social Security number. A 1099 will be generated in accordance with IRS guidelines. Writing agent must be licensed and appointed with Aetna in order to be eligible for payout.

*Eligible cases include 2?50 groups, with a tiered payout structure. General agent business is included in this bonus program. Bonuses will be paid for group new business sales with effective dates beginning May 1 through July 15, 2012. Eligible groups must be located in Orange County and must have a minimum of 2 enrolled to be eligible. Promo does not apply to groups with 51+ eligible employees. Brokers must provide information that group is losing access to Monarch HealthCare.
Groups that qualify for this program are eligible for the RAF promotion regardless of renewal date (the 60 day window does not apply).
