2-50: Employer's Statement of Understanding New Required Document

Effective immediately! When more than 50% of employees enroll in an Aetna plan with a $1,000 deductible or higher, employers will be required to complete the Employer's Statement of Understanding Form. This form requires the employer to attest that they are not funding all, or any portion, of the member's deductible outside of an Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) or Health Savings Account (HSA).
