Anthem Blue Cross Launching Exciting, New Acquisition Marketing Campaign

As part of Anthem's ongoing efforts to continue to create new business opportunities for their valued agents, Anthem Blue Cross is launching a new marketing Acquisition campaign, targeting prospective groups sized 5 - 25, throughout California. 

Beginning July 29th, 2010, Anthem will initiate the campaign with direct mail letters, post cards, emails, Outbound Telemarketing calls and print ads.

The key message is two-fold: Increase awareness of the possible tax credits that small group businesses may be eligible for on employer-paid premiums AND consider Anthem Blue Cross when evaluating your company/employee needs for health coverage. Each letter points out the key value propositions that separate Anthem from their  competition: Cost, Choice, Care and Commitment.  The letter also provides a URL to www.irs.gov to review tax credit worksheets to see if they are eligible.

Each letter directs the recipient to call their agent for more information. The recipients are also provided with several other contact options, each of which will eventually point the lead back to you, the current agent.

As an incentive for inquiring for more information, the letter features an offer of downloading free IRS tax credit worksheets, as well as a free report on Managing Health Care Costs on a Small Business Budget.
