Health Reform Law Still Unpopular But By Smaller Margin
New polling shows that most Americans continue to have an unfavorable view of the Affordable Care Act, but a Kaiser poll shows a narrowing of the margin against the law.
Other highlights include:
- California’s Legislative Analyst Office is projecting a much higher deficit than the governor based on a less optimistic view of capital gains in the next year or more.
- A legislative committee in Oklahoma has approved expanded Insure Oklahoma offerings.
- Washington state regulators have filed an emergency rule prohibiting insurers from limiting prescription drug coverage to generic drugs only.
