Commission checks for the June 30, 2015 payment cycle were mailed July 7, 2015, but without the statement that normally comes with it. Anthem is sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Printing problem delays statements
There was a problem with printing the statements that normally come with your check. So while Anthem mailed your check on time, your paper statement won't arrive with it. Statements will be mailed separately in the next few days.
View statements in Producer Toolbox
In the meantime, you'll find the PDF and Excel versions of the statements online in your secure Producer Toolbox under the Commissions tab of the main menu. If you've never used the Producer Toolbox, go to anthem.com/ca and click on Producers in the upper right area of the home page. That takes you to the login page, where you can register for an account.
EFT statements delayed, too
If you’re set up for EFT payments and also receive a paper statement in the mail, your statement will be delayed as well. As mentioned above, you can view your statement in your Producer Toolbox.
