EMPLOYERS® Announces Changes to Commission Structure for Integrated MediCompSM Workers' Compensation Policies

EMPLOYERS is continually reviewing its commission structure, proactively responding to economic and market conditions. As such, they have announced a change to the commission structure for Anthem brokers for Integrated MediComp workers' compensation policies.


Commission Structure Change

In February 2011, EMPLOYERS will adjust the Integrated MediComp workers' compensation commission structure as follows:

  • New business - 10% commission starting with February 1, 2011 effective dates
  • Renewal business - 10% commission starting with February 1, 2011 renewal dates


As you know, Anthem and EMPLOYERS® have joined forces to provide you with the Integrated MediComp program for your Anthem group health customers. Their goal has been to offer a unique alternative that can differentiate your agency from the competition.

EMPLOYERS knows you have many choices when placing business and they appreciate your continued support of the Integrated MediComp program. They are focused on your success and we look forward to working with you as you continue to write Integrated MediComp workers' compensation policies. Integrated MediComp remains a great tool for our brokers because it offers clients a combined premium bill and increased efficiency, along with a 10% discount on their EMPLOYERS workers' compensation premium.
