The Express Scripts (ESI) member website has undergone some significant
enhancements, making it easier for members to get to the information they need.
These changes include a redesigned menu and an enhanced home page. The ESI
website can be reached after logging into the member portal on anthem.com/ca.
The header and main menu of the ESI member website have a sleeker look with new top navigation options. The new header will appear on every page, functioning like the current site navigation with drop-down menus to all areas of the website.
Order status and estimated shipping date
As part of Anthem's continued effort to enhance the Express Scripts home delivery experience, members will start getting more accurate expected order ship dates. In addition, flexibility is available to account for system or pharmacy outages and natural disasters.
Members also will see concise and consistent messaging when an order has a delay. Sometimes delays happen when important information is needed - for example, when an address needs to be verified or a doctor's outreach is required. In such cases, the member will be told what information is needed. And if an order has to be canceled, a reason will be given for that action, when available.
If Worry-Free Fills® apply to a plan, these are now called automatic refills on the member's website. Through this application, members can set up automatic refills for their medication, which saves them time and is still worry-free. Steps to manage the process have been simplified by removing one of the cancellation options and renaming the other to Stop automatic refills.
eCheck payments are processed when an order is shipped, eliminating the 10-day grace period. If funds are not available, the NSF (not sufficient funds) fee is now $15, up from $10.
