Recommendation released for essential health benefits
On October 6, 2011, the Institute of Medicine released its highly anticipated, 300-page recommendations on essential health benefits. The institute was charged with recommending a framework for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to think about as it sets up the specific rules for essential health benefits.
Updated employer health care reform brochures available
Since it was developed in August, we've received a lot of great feedback on the new brochure, "Navigating the Next Phase of Health Care Reform." We also found some areas that needed improvement, so we updated it.
