Employer Cost-Management Strategy Includes More Consumerism Plans
With health care costs continuing to escalate, more employers are considering a wider variety of cost-sharing strategies for 2012, and the number of employers planning to offer at least one consumer-directed health plan increased sharply to 73 percent, a new study shows.
