Member letters will be mailed, Tuesday, January 17, 2012, to DMHC (Department of Managed Health Care) regulated PPO members residing within a 15 mile radius of Natividad Medical Center advising them of the termination.  Anthem Blue Cross will be mailing notices to CDI-regulated PPO members who reside within 15 miles of the hospital, so all insured PPO members will receive a letter within the 5 days following termination regardless of regulator.  Anthem Blue Cross will also mail to agents, brokers, clients, PPO physicians and HMO medical groups as usual.
