New Customer Support Process for HRAs and FSAs

Aetna is changing the process in which you currently contact them with regards to the Aetna®
HealthFund HRA and/or the Aetna®
FSA. Effective Tuesday, November 17, 2009, the email address [email protected]
will be disabled.
Alternatively, you may contact Aetna as follows:
- Go to www.myaetnafunds.com
- Click "contact us", located at the bottom of the website
- Complete the information to submit an inquiry
