Combined bill and ID cards for new Small Groups with Medical, Dental, and Vision

In July, Anthem announced that new1 Small Group employers (with 2 to 50 employees) with Medical and Dental Prime or Complete will enjoy the convenience of Anthem's combined administration services, starting with effective dates of October 1, 2015 or later. Small Group employers with Anthem's Medical and Blue View Vision plans already enjoy this convenience. Now, by adding Dental Prime and Complete, Anthem's combined administration services will be available to Small Groups with Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.

What are combined administration services?
When you combine Medical, Dental Prime, Dental Complete, and/or Vision coverage, your services get combined, too. That makes everything easier. There's just one application to fill out and one set-up process for all. And there's just one bill to pay!
