Online Pharmacy Experience Changes Impact Some Members

Recent changes to the pharmacy experience on our health plans' websites will impact certain members: 

Impacted members must contact Customer Service at the number on the back of the health plan ID card to obtain historical claims information. ·        

This information migrated from Evidence of Coverage documents in the online store to the easy-to-find Plans & Benefits section of the member health plan website.

All of these changes took effect with a scheduled web release on February 18, 2011.
