Employer Annual Reporting Form Due April 30, 2015
This is a reminder that the 2014 Employer Annual Reporting Form is due on April 30, 2015.
If you are covered by the San Francisco
Health Care Security Ordinance (HCSO) or the Fair Chance Ordinance (FCO) and have not yet submitted the 2014 Employer Annual Reporting Form, please complete the form by April 30 to avoid penalties of $500 per quarter.
If you have already submitted the 2014 Employer Annual Reporting form, please disregard this notification. No further action is required.

The
San Francisco minimum wage rate increases to $12.25 per hour on May 1, 2015.
Proposition J, passed by
San Francisco voters on November 4, 2014, provides for the following minimum
wage increases:
- May 1, 2015: $12.25
- July 1, 2016: $13.00
- July 1, 2017: $14.00
- July 1, 2018: $15.00

July 1 in each following year: CPI increase
The Minimum Wage Ordinance requires employers to post a
Notice
informing employees of their rights. A copy of the updated Official Notice is available here (PDF). The Official
Notice
must be posted at each workplace in San Francisco in a location where employees
can read it easily.
