Many of our market leading programs, technologies, and services will be continued and expanded. One example is our new case implementation process. Our Anthem Case Implementation Team is personally calling group administrators for our newly written groups to welcome them to Anthem, explain our mobile application, and provide them a personal contact moving forward. Other examples you will experience include a much improved renewal package, a completely enhanced mobile application for all of our members with many features including ID Cards, benefits, provider finder, cost compare, etc. and an enhanced communication strategy to help you understand the dynamic political landscape (e.g., the election and the potential impacts to our business), legislative changes and industry news. As part of this communication work, please expect timely and relevant updates, and continue to visit our Anthem Educational Blog.
