Anthem Blue Cross Continuing the Acquisition Marketing Campaign

As a continuation of Anthem's ongoing efforts to create new business opportunities for their valued agents, Anthem Blue Cross is launching Wave 2 of the Northern California Acquisition marketing campaign, targeting new prospects in Northern California.

Beginning February 5, 2010, Anthem will initiate the campaign with direct mail postcards targeting unique prospects in certain northern California counties.

For the 2nd phase of this prospect campaign, the key message continues to be "Value". The initial and follow-up postcards point out the key value propositions that separate Anthem Blue Cross from their competition: Cost, Choice, Care and Commitment.  These pieces discuss Anthem's competitive pricing, wide range of product offerings, large provider network, discounts, cost control tools and fast, efficient claims processing.

Each postcard directs the recipient to call their agent for more information. The recipients are also provided with several other contact options, each of which points the lead back to you, the current agent.

As an incentive for inquiring for more information, the postcard features an offer of a free report on strategies to improve employee health and lower employer costs pre-loaded on a free flash drive wristband.
