Zurich & Employers File New Rates From Compline Rating

Now that the elections are over ​Compline is awaiting the announcement from CDI concerning the pure premium rates, which will trigger the issuance of 2015 X-Mods, and they expect a ton of filings from carriers. Compline will adjust the timing of their rating alerts to keep you informed. They have new filing from Zurich Group (3/15) and Employers Group (1/1/15) and they are listed below. As always these rates – including the ability to calculate rates across multiple territories for any risk - are in and running in the Compline comparative rating system.

[EMPLOYERS GROUP] Employers Compensation Insurance Company files a 0.1% rate increase effective January 1, 2015

Employers Compensation Insurance Company files to revise territory relativities for the Bay Area and Other Areas, and revises class code deviations for certain classes. The impact of the territory changes is -2.4% and the impact from changes in deviations is +2.6%, for an overall effect of 0.1%.

[EMPLOYERS GROUP] Employers Preferred Insurance Company files a 0.8% rate increase effective January 1, 2015

Employers Preferred Insurance Company files to revise territory relativities for the Bay Area and Other Area, and revises class code deviations for certain classes. The impact of the territory changes is -1.9% and the impact from changes in deviations is +2.8%, for an overall effect of 0.8%.

[EMPLOYERS GROUP] Employers Assurance Company files a 2.5% rate increase effective January 1, 2015

Employers Assurance Company files to revise territory relativities for the Bay Area and Other Area, and revises class code deviations for certain classes. The impact of the territory changes is -1.9% and the impact from changes in deviations is 4.5%, for an overall effect of 2.5%.

[ZURICH INSURANCE GROUP] Farmers Insurance Exchange files a 5.5% rate increase effective March 1, 2015

[ZURICH INSURANCE GROUP] Mid-Century Insurance Company files a 7.5% rate increase effective March 1, 2015

Mid-Century Insurance Company files to adopt proposed 1/1/15 WCIRB pure premiums, revise territory definitions and relativities, revise class code deviations for certain classes and change the loss cost multiplier.

[ZURICH INSURANCE GROUP] Truck Insurance Exchange files a 7.6% rate increase effective March 1, 2015

Truck Insurance Exchange files to adopt proposed 1/1/15 WCIRB pure premiums, revise territory definitions and relativities, revise class code deviations for certain classes and change the loss cost multiplier.

[QBE INSURANCE GROUP] Regent Insurance Company files a -0.6% rate decrease effective January 1, 2015
