2-50: Health Net's February 1, 2011 Rate Adjustments


Small Business (2-50) Rate Action - Effective February 1, 2011

Health Net Small Group has announced rate adjustments for effective dates February 1, 2011 through April 30, 2011.

Rate Adjustments
  • Rate pass for all North HMO and EOA plans
    • Region 1: All counties - Full and Silver networks
    • Region 2: All counties - Full and Silver networks.
    • Region 3: All counties - Full and Silver networks.
    • Region 9: Alameda, Santa Clara and Yolo counties - Full and Silver networks.
  • Rate pass on the Standard HMO 30 and Standard EOA 30
    • Regions 5 & 8: East LA, Riverside, San Bernardino and West LA - Full, Silver, and Bronze networks.
  • Modest trend rate increase for all other Medical plans.
  • No rate changes at this time for Dental.
  • No rate changes at this time Vision.
  • No rate changes at this time for Life, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, and Combo Rider.
