Delta Dental has announced their California 5-99 rate increase going into effect January 2011.

Statewide Rate Increase (across all regions):
- Delta Dental PPO = 2.95%
- DeltaCare USA = 3.57%
- Delta Dental Voluntary = Rate Pass
- EyeMed Vision = Rate Pass
Delta Dental PPO Regions (driven by employer zip code, not by county): There will be no changes to the Delta Dental rating regions.
