UHC Extends RAF Promotion through March 2011


UnitedHealthcare/PacifiCare RAF Guarantee Program has been extended through March 2011

  • 6+ medically active enrollees = .90 RAF
Rules and Exclusions:*
  • New AB1672 qualified groups with an ORIGINAL Renewal RAF of 1.06 or lower
  • Group's ORIGINAL Renewal must be within 3 months of the UHC/PacifiCare effective date
  • Groups with a 10 point RAF increase are not eligible
  • Groups with 30% or more COBRA/CalCOBRA enrollees are not eligible nor are they included in enrolled employee counts
  • AB1672 eligible groups coming from 51+ are eligible if renewal is <20% increase within 90 days of requested effective date.
