Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use Disclosure
Purpose
This AI Use Disclosure explains how Beere & Purves, Inc. ("Beere & Purves," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") uses artificial intelligence (AI) and automated technologies in connection with our business operations, including our website, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and marketing analytics tools.
Scope of AI Use
Beere & Purves uses AI-enabled features primarily to support internal productivity, communications, analytics, and reporting functions. These tools may assist with drafting communications, summarizing information, identifying trends, and measuring engagement related to broker and business communications.
What We Do Not Use AI For
At this time, Beere & Purves does not use AI through its platforms to:
- Recommend or select insurance plans
- Underwrite or price insurance risks
- Make eligibility determinations
- Rank, score, or evaluate brokers, groups, or individuals
We will update this disclosure if our use of AI materially changes.
Data Protection and Model Training
Information processed through our AI-enabled tools is not used to train general-purpose or publicly available AI models. Where AI functionality is provided through Microsoft enterprise services, the Company relies on Microsoft’s Enterprise Data Protection commitments to ensure that customer data is not retained or used for model training beyond our environment.
Protected Health Information (PHI)
Protected Health Information (PHI) is not processed by AI tools and is not transmitted to third-party AI platforms. AI-enabled tools are configured to avoid ingestion or analysis of PHI.
Human Oversight
AI-enabled outputs are used as decision-support tools only. Human review and oversight remain central to all material business decisions, communications, and client interactions.
Future Use of AI
Beere & Purves may expand its use of AI technologies over time to improve efficiency, service quality, and insights. Any future use of AI will be subject to appropriate governance, security controls, and updates to this disclosure and our Privacy Notice.
