• PPO: PPO network, with standard balance billing for Premier PPO dentists
• Premier PPO: PPO network, but no balance billing for Premier PPO dentists (most popular and recommend option)

Allows groups to bundle multiple lines through Allied Administrators (Delta Dental's administrator in California)
