Choice Builder announced rate adjustments and minor benefit changes for January 1, 2018 effective dates. All rates are available for quoting!

Rate changes for Ameritas, Anthem Blue Cross, Delta Dental & MetLife.

MetLife Voluntary Silver PPO removed the 12 month waiting period for Major and Ortho services.

Ameritas Platinum and Gold plans added Dental Implants.
