    Anthem Blue Cross (Anthem) announced they have been unable to renegotiate the terms of their Commercial Hospital Agreement with El Camino Hospital for both locations in Mountain View and Los Gatos. Anthem has notified physicians who admit to El Camino Hospital so they can arrange for admission of all Anthem members to alternate facilities.
