Guardian Rate Adjustments Effective 2022

Guardian announced rate updates for January 1, 2022 effective dates. Rates are available for quoting!

 

Rates

  • Rates will decrease 5% on average
  • Guardian has updated how they reimburse claims based on UCR and will now use a combination of Fair Health and Guardian data
  • Some SIC loads will change for 2022

 

There are no benefit changes for 2022.
