Anthem announced rate and plan updates for July 1, 2025 effective dates. Rates are available for quoting!

 

Rates

Medical Quarterly Rate Change Average:

  • PPO: 1.7%
  • HMO: 1.8%

 

Medical Average Annual / Renewal Rate Change Average:

  • PPO: 9.0%
  • HMO: 10.2%

 

New Sales Promotion

Now through December 2025, new groups will be allowed to select all networks! New groups will be allowed to choose any number and any combination of networks with no restrictions for the life of the group.
