Medical rates are changing in Q3 2025 for all carriers except Kaiser Permanente and Western Health Advantage:

- Anthem Blue Cross HMO: 1.2%
- Anthem Blue Cross PPO: 1.1%
- Health Net: 2.4%
- Kaiser Permanente: Pass
- Sharp Health Plan: 5.0%
- Sutter Health Plus: Pass
- UnitedHealthcare: 1.8%
- Western Health Advantage: 7.0%
Annual trends from Q3 2024 to Q3 2025 (may vary by plan and region):
- Anthem Blue Cross HMO: 8.7%
- Anthem Blue Cross PPO: 8.7%
- Health Net: 9.5%
- Kaiser Permanente: 7.4%
- Sharp Health Plan: 9.3%
- Sutter Health Plus: 14.5%

New Anthem Platinum PPO B (Prudent Buyer - Full Network)
Anthem Blue Cross is introducing a new Platinum PPO B plan effective July 1, 2025. This new plan is a full network PPO plan on Anthem's Prudent Buyer network with the following deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums.
- Individual deductible: $0
- Family deductible: $0
- Individual out-of-pocket maximum: $5,000
- Family out-of-pocket maximum: $10,000
This plan mirrors the Platinum PPO A, except that it has lower Individual and Family OOPMs.
