Find care and get your medications

If you need help seeing a health care provider right now, you have options. You can use the UnitedHealthcare mobile app or the UHC website to find a network provider or to schedule a Virtual Visit.*

 

Need early refills for your prescriptions? Just call customer care at the number on your member ID card and tell the representative that you’ve been affected by a disaster. 

 

Access your health information anywhere you go

Use your mobile device to download the UnitedHealthcare app for members. You’ll get instant access to your health plan details. Use the app to:

  • Access your member ID card
  • Get prescription information
  • Schedule a Virtual Visit with a healthcare provider*
  • Arrange a callback from a UnitedHealthcare customer service advocate**
  • Find network provider­s
  • Access your account information
