Medical rates are changing for all carriers (quarterly trends shown below, may vary by plan and region):
- Anthem Blue Cross HMO: 1.4%
- Anthem Blue Cross PPO: 1.7%
- Health Net: 6.1%
- Kaiser Permanente: 7.5%
- Sharp Health Plan: 1.9%
- Sutter Health Plus: 4.3%
- UnitedHealthcare: -2.4%
- Western Health Advantage: 13.3%

Cigna + Oscar is exiting the small group market and will no longer be offered within CaliforniaChoice.
