UHC announced plan and rate updates for July 1, 2025 effective dates. Rates are available for quoting!

 

Rates

Quarterly medical changes (averages, may vary by plan and region):

  • HMO: 1.8%
  • PPO: 3.5%
  • Navigate: Rate Pass

 

Annual medical changes (averages, may vary by plan and region):

  • HMO: 0.8%
  • PPO:
    • Northern CA: 8.0%
    • Southern CA: 8.2%
      •
