Health Net announced rate adjustments for April 1, 2017 effective dates with the statewide average increases listed below. There will be no changes to plan details or underwriting. Rates are available for quoting! 

Medical 

  • ​HMO: approximate 4% increase 
  • PPO: 3-4% increase 

Dental: RATE PASS 

Vision: RATE PASS 

Life: RATE PASS 

Chiro: RATE PASS
