Rates

Medical:

• PPO/EPO: 0.0% quarterly increase (although not technically a rate pass, the majority of rates are identical to Q3)
• HMO/HSP: RATE PASS

Ancillary: RATE PASS

Plans & Benefits

New Offerings

Effective 12/1/17, Health Net will launch the EnhancedCare PPO in Los Angeles. EnhancedCare PPO is a tailored network design with the flexibility of a PPO with the care navigation and support of an HMO.

New Pharmacy Network

Health Net is introducing the Advanced Choice pharmacy network to the following plans:

Advanced Choice will include CVS, Walmart, Costco, Safeway, Vons and other pharmacies. Advanced Choice will exclude Walgreens.

Members who have used a Walgreens pharmacy at any time in the past 12 months will receive a letter about the change, 60 days in advance of the end of the year if they have an individual and family plan. Group members will receive the letter 60 days in advance of their employer's renewal date. The first letters mail late August to members of groups renewing October 1, 2017.

New Zip Code Listing

Health Net has a new Zip Code Listing Effective 12/1/2017.
