Aetna Plan & Rate Updates Effective January 2021

Aetna announced plan and rate updates for January 1, 2021 effective dates. Rates are available for quoting!
Rates
Medical:
- HMO:
- Northern CA: 1.1% increase
- Southern CA: 0.4% increase
- OAMC:
- Northern CA: 1.7%
- Southern CA: 1.1%
Dental rates will change, but there are no changes for vision rates at this time.
Plans
Aetna is increasing the number of plans on their Full HMO network from three to seven in 2021.
They are adding the following three new plans:
- Gold HMO $30/60 0 Ded
- Gold OAMC 80/50 1500 Ded
- Bronze OAMC 60/50 6300 Ded
They are discontinuing all EPO plans except for one Silver EPO plan, the Elect Choice Silver CA 60 2000 Ded.
