Aetna Receives Consumer Satisfaction Accolades from J.D. Power for Aetna Vision and Dental
J.D. Power ranks Aetna's Vision plan first in consumer satisfaction. And Aetna's Dental plan has ranked second (up from third place in 2019). These rankings validate Aetna's focus on members and the value their vision and dental programs provide to them.
J.D. Power is a global leader in consumer insights. Its annual Power Satisfaction Reports are based on survey responses from more than 1,000 people. The report, now in its seventh year, measures customer satisfaction with vision plan providers based on five factors (in order of importance): coverage, cost, communications, customer service and reimbursement.
