Aetna & UC Health System Reach Agreement

Aetna and UC Health System reached an agreement on April 13, 2023, for all products (HMO/OAMC/PPO/EPO) and for all segments (small group, mid-market, etc.).

Aetna was able to intercede all member ID cards and therefore HMO members will not be receiving any new ID cards, nor will they experience any change to their Primary Care Physicians.

Members that previously received a letter of the potential termination, will be receiving a retraction notice advising of the Aetna and UC Health System agreement.
