Anthem Blue Cross is pleased to announce that they have reached a new multi-year agreement with Beaver Medical Group effective 1/1/2020.

 

Beaver Medical Group provides services to members in the Inland Empire and  includes the following:

  • Beaver Medical Group (0K3)
  • BMG-Alliance Desert Physicians (AFF)
  • BMG-Chaffey Medical Group (Z1I)
  • BMG-Tri Valley Med Grp IPA (8OO)
  • Pinnacle Medical Group (0FB)
  • Redlands Yucaipa Medical Group (0YN)
