Anthem & Certain Optum Entities Renew HMO Agreements

Anthem Blue Cross is pleased to announce that they have successfully renewed their Commercial HMO Agreements with the below-referenced Optum entities: 

• Beaver Medical Group (0K3)
• Epic Health Plan HMO Exchange (Z58)
• Optum Care Network aka PrimeCare Medical Network (0GK, 0HY, 0LH, 0LJ, 0MY, 0NN, 0TX, 0TY, 0UA, 0UG, 0WD, ABJ, ABK, & 5N8)
• Optum-Vivity (0DF & YS8)

The fully executed multi-year agreements are effective 1/1/2023.
