Anthem Blue Cross is pleased to announce that they have successfully renewed their Commercial agreement with Children’s Hospital of Orange (CHOC), comprising the below-referenced entities:

  • Children’s Hospital of Orange County (053304)
  • Children’s Hospital of Orange County @ Mission (053306)
  • CHOC Children’s Specialists Physician Group (PPO)

 

The fully executed multi-year agreement is retro-effective February 1, 2023.
