Anthem & Community Medical Centers (Community Health System) Renew Agreement

Anthem Blue Cross is pleased to announce that they have successfully renewed their Commercial agreement with the Community Medical Centers (aka Community Health System), comprising the below-referenced entities. 

  • Community Medical Center – Fresno (050060)
  • Clovis Community Medical Center (050492)
  • Fresno Heart and Surgical Hospital (050732)
  • Community Affiliated Providers (Medical Group-PPO)

 

With this new contract agreement, Community Medical Centers returned to Anthem’s Network retro-effective January 1, 2023.
