Anthem Blue Cross is pleased to announce that they have successfully renewed their Commercial Hospital Agreement with Community Medical Centers, which includes the following hospitals located in Fresno County.

Community Medical Center-Fresno (050060)
Clovis Community Medical Center (050492)
Fresno Heart and Surgical Hospital (050732)

The fully-executed multi-year agreement (including Medicare Advantage) has a March 1, 2020 effective date.
