Anthem & Dignity Health Reach New Agreement

Anthem Blue Cross has reached a new agreement with Dignity Health for all commercial products and networks including HMO, PPO and EPO. The new agreement is retroactive to July 15, 2021, which means there is no lapse in coverage.
