Anthem is offering enhanced rates on six of their top-selling small group dental plans for employer groups with 5–25 eligible employees. These enhanced rates are available beginning with July 1, 2026 effective dates.

• Platinum $2000 90th Active 3RGX
• Gold $1500 90th Active 3RGY
• Silver $3000 MAC Passive 983S
• Bronze $1500 MAC Active 5FKW
• Bronze $1000 MAC Active 3RH7

Add Vision for Bundled Savings

If the group also elects a vision plan, the implemented vision rates will include a 5% bundled vision discount.
