Anthem Expands Network Flexibility From 1/1/22 - 6/15/22

Anthem Small Group will be allowing additional network flexibility for effective dates of January 1, 2022 through June 15, 2022.

During this promotional period, an employer group may select from the following network combination offerings:

• Any 2 HMO options (including Vivity) alongside one PPO network
• Both PPO options and 1 HMO option (including Vivity)
• Select HMO, Priority Select HMO, and Vivity HMO alongside 1 PPO network (no Full CaliforniaCare HMO)
