Anthem Extends Dual PPO Promo Through 3/15/20

Anthem is extending their Dual PPO promo in regions 1 and 9 through 3/15/20 effective dates. This allows employers in these two regions to offer the Full Prudent Buyer PPO alongside the Select PPO, giving them and their employees more flexibility. Eligibility requirements remain the same as the original promo.

Eligibility Requirements

• Meet the definition of a Small Group 1-100
• New Small Group Business effective 10/1/19 - 3/15/20
• Employer's Principal Business Address is in Region 1 or 9
