Anthem Extends March & April Deadlines for New Business

Due to the shelter-in-place and work-from-home scenarios across the state, Anthem will be extending their new business deadlines for March and April. Anthem is pleased to let you know you can submit new business as follows:

• March 1st, 2020 or March 15th, 2020 effective dates will have until 2:00 pm March 30th to submit
• April 1st, 2020 or April 15th, 2020 effective dates will have until 2:00 pm April 29th to submit

Please try to submit the group to B&P at least 24 hours prior to Anthem's deadline so we can ensure a clean submission.

Guidelines to submitting these cases:

• Case should be clean and all documents submitted with the original submission
• Please note the effective date cannot be changed after approval (rates are different for March and April)
