Anthem Introducing Real-Time Maintenance for Members

In Q3 2017 Anthem will introduce real-time maintenance for existing Employees to manage their account outside of and during open enrollment. The enhanced real-time technology will allow Anthem members to make the following changes to their accounts:

  • Adds,
  • Terminations, AND
  • Update demographic information

  • ​Employees can manage their account outside their open enrollment using
  • Real-time maintenance processing using outside open enrollment

Online Renewals

  • Employees will be notified during open enrollment to register for their upcoming plan changes using
  • Real-time maintenance processing using within open enrollment
