Anthem is Hosting Two Webinars on SBA Loans for Small Businesses
Anthem is committed to helping you find and use resources that help you support your clients. In response to COVID-19's impact on the economy, Anthem will be hosting two webinars on Thursday, April 16, 2020, about how businesses with fewer than 500 employees can apply for federal relief loans.
The federal Coronavirus, Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act includes a $350 billion Paycheck Protection Program that provides 100% federally guaranteed loans to small employers. These loans may be forgiven if borrowers maintain or restore their payrolls to pre-COVID levels. The April 16 webinars will include SBA loan experts and will focus on loan eligibility and the application process.
Anthem will send a webinar registration invitation to your Small Group and Large Group clients with fewer than 500 employees on April 14th. Due to the limited number of seats available, Anthem is asking that only employers attend this webinar. Webinar recordings will be available on Anthem's COVID-19 website for you to hear what was shared with your clients. You can find more information about federal financial relief there, too.
